Chloe had a litter of Yorkies about 3 am on 11/29/15. I have 3 male Yorkie puppies for sale. The dam is 6 1/2 lbs and the sire is 6 lbs so I expect the puppy to stay in that range. Yorkies are considered a hypoallergenic dog and do not shed. You just need to brush them to keep the tangles out of her hair or keep her cut short.
Puppies comes with CKC papers and have had their dew claws already removed and tails docked. The total price of the puppy is $700. I do a deposit of $350 to hold the puppy for you. When we do the deposit you do get a signed contract as proof you have paid the deposit. If you come in person the deposit much be cash! You are welcome to come see the puppies in person if you want. Just give me a day or two notice, so I am home and expecting you. If you want to do the deposit by mail I will work out a way for you to pay your deposit by check or money order, but they must clear before puppy is picked up.

If we feel at any time an animal will not be in a safe home, or the right home for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the puppy up until the time the contract is signed by both parties. This happens very rarely but, this is for the safety of the puppies. In this case all deposit money will be refunded. If the purchaser just decides they no longer want the puppy any deposit made will not be refunded to the purchaser.
